The SYS-3000-EV is designed for fast laser processing deployment onto the production floor. Easy-to-use IPGCore software accelerates time to production with proven libraries of preloaded program routines and fully integrates control of motion axes, vision systems, laser parameters, process head programming, and auxiliary equipment.
As a compact, turnkey battery welding system, the SYS-3000-EV enables rapid deployment for process development with the same components used in production.
The transition to full scale production is simple with optional conveyor pass through that allows the system to be integrated into battery manufacturing lines.
