Granite Base

High precision and accuracy demand a stable platform — that's why LaserCube is built with a natural granite base. Compared to other machine base materials, such as steels or polymer cast concrete, only granite offers the vibration dampening and structural stiffness that enable precise and repeatable laser cutting.

Linear motors increase positioning accuracy and system speed.

Linear motion systems that use ball screws and rotary encoders are prone to accuracy issues and performance degration. For cartesian systems like LaserCube, high precision linear motors and encoders are the gold standard for positioning accuracy and system speed, ensuring precise cut placement and high throughput.

  • Ideal for cutting pre-processed materials such as screen-printed plates, punched parts, or chemically etched components
  • Automatically accounts for the effects of dimensional deviations or operator error, reducing process requirements prior to laser cutting
